Refund and Cancellation Policy

No contracts, no hidden fees. Here is exactly how cancellations, refunds, and your free trial work with Noor e Quran Academy.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Our No-Contract Promise

Noor e Quran Academy does not lock any family into a long, fixed-term contract on our standard monthly plans. You can cancel your ongoing lessons at any time, and this policy explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work across our free trial, monthly plans, and discounted 6-month and yearly plans.

Free Trial Cancellations

Every new student receives one free trial lesson with no card required and no obligation to continue. If you decide Noor e Quran Academy is not the right fit after your trial, simply do not book a paid plan, nothing will be charged, and there is nothing to cancel.

Cancelling a Monthly Plan

Our monthly plans, from £30 a month for 2 classes a week up to £60 a month for 5 classes a week, run on a rolling basis with no minimum term. To cancel, contact us before your next billing date and we will stop future payments and lessons from that point.

Fees already paid for the current billing period cover the lessons already scheduled within it and are not refunded, but no further payment will be taken once your cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds on 6-Month and Yearly Plans

Our 6-month plans save 7% and yearly plans save 10% against the standard monthly rate, in exchange for paying upfront. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel partway through a prepaid plan, contact us to discuss your situation.

Where reasonable, for example due to illness, relocation, or another genuine change in circumstances, we will consider a fair refund for the unused, undelivered portion of your plan, minus the value of lessons already taken at the standard monthly rate rather than the discounted rate. Refund requests are assessed case-by-case and handled promptly and fairly.

Missed or Rescheduled Lessons

If you know in advance that you will miss a lesson, let us know by WhatsApp on +44 7828 728362 so we can offer to reschedule where possible. If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will always offer a replacement lesson at a time that suits you, at no extra cost.

Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

As a UK consumer purchasing our service online, by phone, or through WhatsApp, you are also protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you a 14-day cooling-off period on most distance contracts for services.

Because Quran lessons are a service you may want to start straight away, we will ask you to confirm you are happy to begin lessons within that 14-day period. If you exercise your right to cancel during the cooling-off period, you will be charged only for the lessons you have actually received up to the point of cancellation, and the remainder will be refunded.

This policy sits alongside, and does not remove, any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a plan or request a refund, contact us with your name and the email address on your account:

We aim to confirm every cancellation and process any eligible refund within a reasonable timeframe. For our wider booking and payment terms, see our Terms and Conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. Our free trial lesson requires no card details and comes with no obligation to continue. You will only ever be asked for payment if you choose to book a paid plan afterwards.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my monthly plan?

Monthly plans have no fixed contract, so you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing, but fees already paid for lessons already delivered in the current billing period are not refunded.

What about refunds on 6-month or yearly plans?

6-month and yearly plans are paid in advance in exchange for a 7% or 10% discount. If you need to cancel partway through, contact us and we will consider a fair refund of the unused, undelivered portion on a case-by-case basis.

Do I get a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013?

As a UK consumer buying our service online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See the Your Statutory Rights section above for how this applies once lessons have started.
