Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Your free trial requires no card details and comes with no obligation to continue afterwards.
How long is the free trial lesson?
Your trial is a full, real lesson, matched to the length of the course you are interested in, typically 30 to 45 minutes.
What if I want a female teacher for my daughter?
Select "Female Teacher" in the form above. Female students are always matched with a qualified female teacher, never a non-mahram male teacher.
What happens after my free trial?
If you would like to continue, we will help you choose a plan starting from £30 a month. If not, there is nothing to cancel and nothing owed.
